Availability of items

All orders are shipped from our internet warehouse; The products we have in stock are normally shipped within a 48 hours period. Books that we do not keep in stock can usually be ordered and will be delivered within two to three weeks, except for Europe orders, which can take up to 2 to 12 weeks.
When a supplier informs us that an order item is no longer available, the customer receives an e-mail notification.


Price

The prices displayed on the site http://www.archambault.ca are in Canadian dollars, before taxes and postage. The price is payable in full, in a single payment at the time of the purchase. All orders are payable in Canadian dollars. For any delivery outside Canada, any customs fees and local taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.


Shipping

The shipping fees cover the costs of preparation and packing, plus postage. They are based on the shipping address, the number of items ordered and the total amount of the order, before taxes and postage. In no case will a customer be able to combine several orders to benefit from a reduction of the shipping costs.


Payment

Orders placed on the site http://www.archambault.ca or by phone must be paid by credit card and/or Archambault gift card. We accept VISA, MASTERCARD and AMERICAN EXPRESS cards. Postal orders can also be paid by money order and Archambault gift card.


Delivery time

Two working days must be allotted for the processing of orders of products that are in stock at our warehouse, to which one must add one to three working days on average for a delivery in Quebec or one working day for an accelerated delivery. Archambault shall in no event be held liable for any delay in delivery resulting from a shortage of stock at the distributor or attributable to the carrier. Please note that orders for out-of-stock product(s) from suppliers exceeding a certain time period will automatically be canceled without notice. Archambault.ca will not be responsible for any damages you may have incurred due to stock shortages.


Merchandise return

We reserve the right to limit or refuse the return of items at any time and for any reason.

The articles provided by Archambault.ca are new and guaranteed to be free of defects. If an item is defective or does not correspond to what was ordered, Archambault agrees to exchange or refund it, including shipping costs, within 10 days of the delivery date, Provided that it is accompanied by the delivery note or a copy of the Archambault.ca invoice. In order to return an item, the customer must visit one of the Archambault locations, where personnel will process the exchange or refund. A customer who cannot travel to the location must must contact Archambault Customer Service by e-mail or telephone in order to make appropriate arrangements.

No exchanges or refunds will be issued on any musical instruments, software, electronic equipment, microphones, in-ear headphones and sheet music. Accessories may be exchangeable or refundable based on presentation of their invoice within 10 days of purchase and provided they are in their original packaging and unopened.

If, for any reason, a customer wishes to return a product purchased on Archambault.ca, they may choose between an exchange, a gift card or a refund. The return must be within 10 days of the delivery date. However, If the item does not show any defect, the return will be subject to a 10% administration fee, and delivery charges will not be refunded. If the customer benefited from free delivery, the administration fee will be increased to 20% of the sales price of the returned item.
 


Digital products

Customers can download the digital products purchased at http://www.archambault.ca as soon as the transaction has been processed. The number of downloads allowed and the number of devices on which the same digital file can be installed may change without notice and vary according to the distributor and the publisher.

The digital files acquired are works of authors and are protected by the Copyright Act. According to this law, the purchase of digital file is reserved for personal, private and free use. Any reproduction, other than that authorized for downloading, adaptation, collective use, resale or rental is absolutely prohibited and may be the subject of legal proceedings.

The end user undertakes to respect the rights of authors, interpreters and publishers of digital books and not to circumvent or impair the techniques applied for controlling the use of downloaded digital books. Failing this, any use outside the scope defined in these general conditions of sale constitutes an act of forgery, which exposes the end user to legal proceedings.

No exchange, credit or refund can be accepted after confirmation of a sale transaction of a digital product. Archambault shall in no event be held liable for any compatibility problems between a digital product and an electronic device, arising in particular from changes in reading software or technical protection measures for files, except in the event that the description of the product displayed is inaccurate.

Finally, Archambault does not own the files cannot guarantee the availability of these files for additional downloads in the future, when more than 72 hours will have passed after the purchase. It is the sole responsibility of the customer to save the files purchased through the Archambault.ca website and to make copies of these files.
